The Health & Care Sector Work Academy is keen to work with you to address the skills shortage across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We can assist you with your recruitment needs by developing your current employees skills and providing mentoring to them. 

You can also be part of our course development by co-producing content, and providing venues to train learners. Our value-based recruitment methods ensure all learners are assessed to be a good fit for the Health & Care sector, thereby taking the stress out of wasting time sourcing good employees.
